Unstable lava rocks are resource nodes found in the Ashlands biome, being a source of 
Proustite powder.
When destroyed by receiving 50 or more damage from any weapon or a pickaxe, they explode. The explosion damages surrounding objects, including players, creatures and structures. Additionally, it creates a small crater in the ground.

Unstable lava rocks can often be found attached to large boulders and stones in the Ashlands biome, as well as on the ground occasionally.

- The explosion deals roughly 100 damage to a player with 100 armor.
- Unstable lava rocks can be safely destroyed by shooting them with a bow or crossbow. Frost arrows are particularly efficient.
