Thundering Berserkir axes is the upgraded form of Berserkir axes using the Iolite. Like all upgraded-weapons that use Iolite, they gain 10 lightning damage and their hit effect has a 25% chance to apply Chain Lightning.

An upgraded Berserkir axes will NOT keep its upgrade level when it is used to craft the Thundering Berserkir axes using gemstones.

Notes

• When used for woodcutting, the Thundering Berserkir axes do not deal lightning damage to trees (through either their normal attacks or Chain Lightning), but their Chain Lightning ability can trigger when cutting trees to deal damage to nearby enemies.
• Larger groups of enemies take more damage overall and will die faster than smaller groups.
