The Slayer is the second two-handed sword.

Like most Ashlands-tier weapons, the Slayer can be upgraded to one of the following three variants using gemstones:

•  Brutal Slayer (Bloodstone)
•  Scourging Slayer (Iolite)
•  Primal Slayer (Jade)
• An upgraded Slayer will NOT keep its upgrade level when it is modified using gemstones.

Total cost for the fully upgraded sword is 21 Morgen sinew, 120 Flametal, and 35 Asksvin hide. However, it is 15 Morgen sinew, 75 Flametal, and 20 Asksvin Hide for level 3, which is the highest upgrade currently obtainable.

Notes

• The attacks are fairly vertical & wide reaching on the primary attacks with the third attack in the combo being more narrow in the horizonal range
• The secondary attack is a long reaching thrust that is capable of outreaching most enemies with very excellent damage.[1]
