A Wishbone is generally required to find Silver veins, however they can rarely be found exposed to the surface.
Silver veins can also be found by slamming patches of ground with Stagbreaker. If the text "Too Hard" pops up under the slam, and there are no rocks nearby, there is most likely silver underground.
Like other metals, Silver cannot be teleported.
If dug completely around and underneath (so it's floating), the entire node can be destroyed by destroying one piece.
It takes 214 Silver to craft one of each base equipment (armor, weapons, tools) in the Mountain Tier. Further 516 Silver to fully upgrade (total 730 Silver). 222 Silver to craft one of each base equipment in all Biomes tiers. Further 521 Silver to fully upgrade (total 743 Silver).
