Pufferfish are passive creatures (fish) found in the waters just offshore of the Mistlands biome.
They can be caught with a fishing pole using Misty fishing bait which can be crafted at the cauldron by combining 20 Fishing bait and a Lox trophy.

- Pufferfish will poison the player if they get too close. If a Pufferfish jumps into a boat with you, the best thing is to immediately pick it up, as they can't poison you once they're in your inventory.
- Has a unique line: "Have you seen my friend around? Her name is Anika."
