The elite Monument of Torment is a creature spawner found at the Mysterious locations.
They are violet in color, unlike the more red regular Monument of Torment.
The Monument can spawn only 2 starred version of Charred Twitcher (42% chance), Charred Warrior (33% chance), Charred Marksman (17% chance) and Charred Warlock (8% chance).
The Monument activates when there is a player within 60 meters. The monument attempts to spawn within 4 meters every 10 seconds.
