The Mistlands is a Biome in Valheim.
Description
The Mistlands is a work in progress biome. Currently, it has no spawns. The biome is a collection of ancient tall trees and roots, covered in giant cobwebs, and giant skulls on the ground. The roots highlight and show a name as if they were a harvestable resource, but cannot currently be gathered with any known tools. Currently, the only resource that can be harvested in the Mistlands are small fir trees and stones mined from rocks.
When you travel into a Mistland, either on foot or by boat, the sky changes to a much darker shade like an eternal night.
The player can take shelter underneath ancient roots.
Notes
- The content for this biome is temporary, as it has yet to be developed and is subject to change.
- This biome has an update planned on the developer Roadmap.
