Iolite is a material used to craft the "Thunder/Storm" version of some Ashlands weapons. They have a chance to be found in Charred chests chests inside Charred Fortresses located in Ashlands.
A weapon upgraded with Iolite gains 10 lightning damage and has a 25% chance to trigger a Chain Lightning on hit with the normal attack and a 20% chance with the secondary attack.
