The Hanging brazier is a light source that can be placed on the underside of a surface, and must be build within the range of a Forge.
With 1/5 fuel, a Hanging Brazier will last for 5 hours and 33 minutes. At maximum capacity a Hanging Brazier should burn for 27 hours and 47 minutes.
Notes[]
- If part of its supporting structure is destroyed, it will not collapse as long as there is another structure that is connected to the ground within ~1m of the brazier.
- Has all the same functions as a Campfire.
- Destroying the hanging brazier with a hammer will not yield back any coal and will only return the 5 bronze and chain used for its construction. All coal used as fuel and for the initial construction will not be dropped.
- Hanging from 2-6 meters off the ground (measuring from where the chain connects), the Fire effect extends out 9 meters. The horizontal distance begins to drop off if hanging from 7 meters high or higher.
