Halstein is a character found in Black Forests. He is a tamed Lox that accompanies Haldor at his trading camp.

Biography

Nothing is known about Halstein beyond the fact he is a Lox that resides with Haldor in his camp feeding from a bowl.

At some point in time, Haldor had come across Halstein and decided to keep him as a pet to pull his large wagon which he uses to transport all his tradable goods.

• "Halstein" is a name having roots in Old Norse origins. It is derived from the elements hallr "rock" and steinn "stone".
  • This may be a reference to another game published by Coffee Stain, Deep Rock Galactic, in which "Rock and stone!" is a common phrase used as a salute among dwarven comrades.
