Flametal ore is a metal ore obtained in Ashlands. It can be smelted into Flametal in a Blast furnace using Coal as fuel.
Flametal ore can be obtained by:
- Mining Flametal ore veins in the Ashlands, it requires at least a Black metal pickaxe.
- Found at Charred Fortresses inside the Charred Chests.
- By destroying Dvergr crate situated in Dvergr Charred tower ruins.
- When fishing a Magmafish.

- Flametal was obtainable before the Ashlands update from Glowing metal piles and smelted into Flametal in a Blast furnace.
- Flametal ore obtained before the Ashlands update converts to "Ancient ore" and remains unusable. It possesses the ID of
FlametalOre, whereas newly obtained ores have an ID ofFlametalOreNew. - Like other metals, Flametal ore cannot be teleported through a regular portal. It can be teleported through the Portal - Stone introduced in the Ashlands update.
