Fiddlehead is a raw balanced Ashlands food which is used in various recipes.

Fiddleheads can be found in various ruined structures throughout the Ashlands biome, in particular inside Ashlands ruins. When picked, each fern produces 3 fiddleheads. Fiddleheads respawn every 5 hours.
Unlike some other pickable foods (e.g. Mushroom, Royal jelly), each pickable fiddlehead is located atop a fern bush; while the bush has 30 health and can be destroyed (dropping 1-2 Wood), this has no impact on the fiddlehead - which is not destructible and will continue to respawn even if its bush is destroyed. Note that the bush is weak to Chop damage, but resistant to Pierce and - usefully - immune to Fire, Poison and Spirit.
