Effects areas are invisible areas created around some creatures, items and structures.

  • Player base: Suppresses creature spawning, disables item despawning, allows raids.
  • Fire: Scares off some creatures. Requires fuel.
  • Heat: Enables Resting Effect, sleep, etc. Requires fuel.
  • Burning: Allow cooking, causes fire damage on contact. Requires fuel.
  • Comfort: Enables higher Rested Effect.
  • Build: Enables placing structures.
  • Protection: Disables building and terrain modifications, locks doors and chests.
