Dvergr component crate is a non-buildable structure that can be found in Dvergr settlements throughout the Mistlands.

Finding this structure is necessary to progress through the Mistlands tier, as destroying it is the only way to obtain the Dvergr extractor, a crucial crafting component. However, doing so can be dangerous, since the structures that the Dvergr component crate is found at are home to Dvergr rogues and/or Dvergr mages, who will turn hostile if the crate (or any other structure under protection of their Wards) is damaged directly by a player. The crate can be safely damaged indirectly, or by non-player sources, without angering the Dvergr.

Location[]

Each of the following structures may hold a Dvergr component crate:

Note that some of these structures are not guaranteed to contain a component crate. See their respective pages for details.

Notes[]

  • If the player wishes to break the crate without angering the Dvergr:
  1. A cart can be used to first ram the ward until it breaks. Since the cart is causing the damage (as of 9/9/24), this will not anger the Dvergr and will allow the player to build inside/around the Dvergr base.
  2. By placing a workbench within the build-radius of the crate, the player can build a second cart in front of the crate and ram it until it breaks, dropping the extractor.
