Black metal is a crafting material smelted from Black metal scrap. It is used to craft the fourth level of metal-wrought equipment, following Silver.

- Black Metal isn't used to craft any Armor. The Plains-tier Padded Armor is instead made of Iron.
- Like other metals, Black Metal cannot be teleported.
- It would take 98 Black Metal to craft one of each base weapon and shield, and a further 260 Black Metal to fully upgrade the gear. This works out to 358 total Black Metal.
