Asksvin cloak is a craftable Cape piece available in Ashlands. It offers a -15% dodge stamina usage and the Wind run effect. Wind run increases running speed up to +25% and decreases running stamina usage down to -100% based on wind direction and wind strength.

An alternative option for an Ashlands-tier cape is the Ashen cape which offers more combat bonuses.

• The Wind run affect works similar to sailing ships.
• Wind strength affects the speed boost.
• Before patch 0.219.16, the Asksvin cloak had a -15% Run stamina usage, no dodge stamina reduction, the Wind run effect had a movement bonus up to +100% and no run stamina reduction.
